My Future Families Session

Following the success of our families session last year we are excited to welcome you back as part of our My Future Week to have an opportunity to meet, have presentations from and question and answers from:

•     Visual, Hearing and Assisted Technology Team

•     Somerset Parent Carer Forum (SPCF)

•     SENDIAS

•     Preparation for Adulthood Transitions Team (Adult Social Care)

This will support next steps and to answer some questions around, ongoing support, what stages of phases you need to be aware of and to be able to have a better understanding in a challenging and changing chapter in your young people’s lives.

You will also have the opportunity to visit providers from Further Education provision, day provision and support services in our My Future Event in the Main Hall.
